Dubai, 2025I grew up in a middle-class family where nothing came easily. I started working at an early age, and almost everything I know came from doing the work — real projects, real responsibility, real consequences when something went wrong.
Over the past nineteen years that path has run from operations and facilities management in the UAE, into real estate advisory, and then into digital marketing and business growth. Fourteen of those years were spent inside Emirates International Facilities Management in Abu Dhabi, where I learned how an organisation actually runs from the ground up — and ran the recruitment that put 1,300+ people into those operations.
Every role taught me the same lesson: businesses don't grow because they work harder, they grow because they build better systems. Today that's exactly what I help clients do.
Most buyers and business owners I meet have been sold to, not advised. Six agents sending the same three towers. A deck with no numbers in it. Nobody willing to say "this one isn't for you." I work the other way round: start with what you're trying to achieve, then go looking — and if nothing on the market fits, say so out loud.

Fourteen years at Emirates International Facilities Management, working behind the scenes to support commercial, residential and industrial operations. Being inside one of the UAE's leading FM companies teaches you how successful organisations actually operate — from the ground up, where every promise gets tested at handover.
2023 → now
Dubai & Dhaka
Lease administration and property acquisition pulled me further into real estate until it became the work. Today I'm a RERA-certified real estate advisor helping investors and homeowners buy, sell, rent and find opportunities across Dubai and Dhaka. I don't simply recommend properties — I evaluate them through operations, maintenance, long-term value and return on investment.

Full-stack digital
In 2022 I started learning digital marketing with one objective: understand how modern businesses generate customers online. That became full-stack digital growth work — systems I test, build and improve for my own ventures first, and only then run for clients.
